| Did you remember to use lots and lots of lube when inserting the torque tube into the boom?
Remember, the torque tube is very soft aluminum, and can bend easily when handling it.
If you bent the tube just a very small amount while inserting it, that might have been enough to make an out-of-balance tube, creating a vibration. I can see it only compounding from there.
gentle hands and a lot of lube are the key.
