Because he took that stance, he definitely will lose his sponsorship with Beam. While he was taken off their webpage, it was a temporary measure since his contact information was out-dated.

Advantage Hobby was made aware of why we were trying to get a hold of him, as there was a deal in which it looked like it was going bad. Yet, it was explicitly explained that it could have been a miscommunication and should not be held against him until a reasonable effort or answer was given.

Since that has been achieved now, he should definitely lose any status he had or will ever hold with any manufacturer.

Paul, Paintball_Kidz didn't drag your name in the dirt, you did this to yourself. He didn't even post whom the deal was with until 1/2 way through the mess. Most of the time, you control if your name gets put in the dirt or not. This was one of those times.

If you do not repay Paintball_Kidz the amount of money owed to him by the end of this month - 7/31/08, I will follow up with local authorities on this manner. And remember, it was me who posted your information, and will continue to do so. The ball is in your court.

You loose your team affiliation over a $50.00 set of blades that you promised in a deal to a "Kid", and get po'd at him for posting the info on line, then use that as an excuse to confirm your not shipping the materials from 2 weeks earlier, as promised with NO CONTACT!!!! Then you want to impress everyone with your "opinions"..... Don't think that anyone wants to follow in your shadow!!!!!! I also see that you cleared your profile.... no longer have your occupation listed as: BUM..... you could have left that one... at least you were honest in that respect!!!!!!!!! I thought about it, and decided to wait before I started that approach. As you saw a picture of the guys house, I have a lot of other information on him as well. I didn't want to completely go down that road if he will own up and do the right thing.

Not Your Problem

I am pretty certain that you had VERY little to do with him loosing his position...
If he did it with you for a pair of blades, who or what else did he screw up!!!! He caused his own problems,and now needs someone else to blame his short comings on!!!
Let us know IF and when you get your blades!!! And for him, don't even give him a second thought!!!
