| I'm not familiar with that radio but .... The gain lead (one wire) from your gyro is plugged into your receiver through either the gear channel or Aux 2 channel, usually. Both of those channels (and all others) have programable travel limmits or end point adjustment settings in the radio. My radio, a JR X9303, is 1-100 left or up, and 1-100 right or down. The adjustment range for the GY401 is 1-100. 49 and below is Rate Mode, 51 and above is Heading Hold. So, 1-100 left in your radio coresponds to 49 and below while 1-100 right coresponds to Heading hold. So a gain setting of 50 right in your radio would equate to 75 (Heading Hold) in your gyro. A gain setting of 50 left in your radio wold give you a Rate Mode setting of 25 in your gyro.
