I want to pull the fan off to get a better dial indication but I can't seem to break it loose even with a puller. Any tricks / ideas. Help. I have this high frequency vib that I need to get rid of.

Just heat it up, it'll fall right off.

I tried to heat it up and still nothing. I even used a gear puller on the fan hub.

Hi ccm15

I made a fan puller like this, it`s only put together for illustration, you`ll have to tighten the small bolts fully
But I would say that Eury`way is just as good, you just need more heat
Be very carefull with "clawpullers" you can bend the fan !!!
BTW I think MA makes a fan puller, I have seen John Grast use one
in his build video`s
