I got my kit today from HeliProz Paid for overnight shipping(SUPER EXPENSIVE) had my wife stay home to sign for it and guess what it is missing the bag that contains the fan, hub, and clutch and whatever else came in that bag. The kit had both factory seals intact so it is a factory problem. I was planning on staying up all night building hopping to fly Saturday. I dont know about you guys but this is sooooo disappointing .

If anyone has the bag that contains these parts can you please list all of the contents in that paticular bag because I am planning on calling HeliProz tomorrow to see if they have all of the parts in stock mabee they will Saturday deliver it. Hopefully HeliProz will take care of this I will let you guys know tomorrow.

This blows thanks for letting me vent thats why I love the RunRyder.

I believe! It's part of Murphy's Law. Much like when you are in a real hurry to get somewhere, and you leave a little late. That's when you get behind every slow semi, and every Buick driven by a blue-head all the way to your destination. Otherwise known as trials, and tribulation!

Hey Dood, us flatlanders don't get too many of the plaid hat guys. Those are usually found a little to the north of IL. LOL

Sorry to hear that. I am too impatient I went to heli proz and ordered all of my missing parts and had them saturday delivered. That is rediculous but this is how our hobbie is. I think Augusto needs fire the packer monkey, he cost me about 300.00 not to mention shipping for saturday delivery$$$$$$$$$$.

No, no one needs to get fired. These are humans doing the job, and humans make mistakes. oh well, it happens.

Just needs to invest in some scales.

Each parts bag should be weighed on a fine scale before it is put in the box. That way, you'll know even if a single screw is missing.

In addition to that, each box should be weighed before getting the sealed up, you'll know if a parts bag is missing.

When I was just out of highschool, I worked a summer job doing assembly/ packing work, and thats the way we did it. 100% accuracy and 10,000 units/ day.
