Ok ..it has come time that i really want to learn these...especially piro flips as i really like the way they look at a slow pace..
I was out with my vibe 50 today and just started doing them... been doing them on the sim for a while... they seemed to be going ok until i brought my heli down to refuel...i noticed my paddles were way out of track... after stopping the blades, one of the paddles actually had twisted about 30 degrees... i am using the stock jr paddles that have 2 set screws per paddle...i check both set screws and they were tight... any ideas...

Just put a drop of CA glue on the threads before you twist the paddles on and they should not move.
