It was ok. The guy from the new Star Wars movies is the main character and I personally think he sux bad so it kinda dampened what could have been a good movie for me....Ron

I actually saw that movie.. The title of the movie is "The Bridge". Quite powerful, indeed. Especially considering where I live. I live not too far from the bridge, actually about a 15 minute drive thru the city. I see it pretty much everyday at a distance. And yea, It's said that there's about one jumper a day at the bridge. They've debated about building a fence, but it'd just cost too much money to erect and maintain, so that went out the window. Also, people come from all over the USA to jump off the bridge. If they're willing to go to that extent, a fence isn't gonna stop them from doing what they intend to do. And they don't necessarily need a bridge to do it either, let alone the golden gate... sad movie, but very surreal. Especially since I see the bridge every day.

Jumper was ok, definitely a DVD flick as opposed to spending a small fortune to see it at the theater.

It would have been better if the chick had lost her clothes in one of the jumps...all in all not a bad way to kill a couple hours on the couch if you have nothing else going on.

Jumper could have been better.

Hayden Christensen sucked pretty bad. The acting was so awful in that movie, especially between him and the girl.

... But honey it was only $$$

lol well maybe i didnt notice the bad acting since i had never seen or heard of this guy before... usualy when you have seen someone in other flicks and then watch them in another it can be rough. anyway i was mainly refering to the movie its self not the charactors realy.. the fact that i hadnt heard of it before or seen any previews cause i was in iraq probly made it better to just turn on the tv and find the movie and give it a try. was worth my 3 bucks for it. thought the action and light humer was good like when the other jumper was playing play station with the dead guy next to him and hes talking to him and showing him how to play the game and throwing the soda cans at him when he got mad.. oh well not for every one.

I've felt that way about every movie I have seen in theater over the last 20 years. Only good thing is that it has been less than a handful of times.

Cause you missed the last 2 (Ep 2 and 3) Star Wars movies. How does that happen?

Acting blew, story was OK, Samuel J bugged with the hair.

Overal 2.25 stars.

Wait..what!?!?! No, that can't be!

Trex - Just watched "The Bridge". I heard about it on Live105 about a year ago.
I've driven, walked, and ridden across the bridge so many times. I cant believe they got that stuff on film.

yea, it's pretty surreal.... the guy that filmed the bridge filmed it everyday for like a year... he told the parks service that he was doing a documentary on the bridge, but never went into details of its nature, in fear of encouraging more suicides... if people found out that he was documenting suicides for film, there would undoubtedly been a rash of suicides by people wanting to be eternalized by this documentary...

what really astounds me about that documentary is the whole back story on all those who have died....
