A friend has one......he's experiencing blade flutter (out of track) around 1400 head speed, not below, not above........ Pretty "violent" as he describes......but smooth above or below that RPM .....Any thoughts from those experienced with the Picco ??

Yes I have heard of this problem and am quite fimilar with it. I also came up with a solution to the problem(check the Ikaurs Fourm), I replied there.
