hi guys need your help...i have used a fg baja 26cc engine for my gasser raptor 90.....it was running fine then i changed the crank,and now it won't start,its as a good spark ,but not starting up...any idea how much gap the contact on above the flywheel should be...regards neil

Not sure why your motor wont start, you would need to give more info on what you have tried so far, I would like to see how you managed to fit the FG in a raptor, can you post some picks.

some of the alluminium was used as mockup sides just to get a measurment

fg baja 26cc engine,,,,,it has its own fan on the flywheel so no need for the fan shroud off the 90,i just cut the shroud in half and used the clutch

Well done, I think the reason more people don’t use the fg is its a bit on the heavy side plus they only use three bolts on the head but its certainly the cheaper option by far, nice job.

just put new piston and ring in engine.....back on track now runs sweet.....going to finnish building it tomorow and test fly it sunday at the field...watch this space...regards neil
