There are many observations of "facts" but those "facts" can not be shown to be causal. There is a fair relevance but it can be shown to be circumstantial.

At one time most all doctors thought man could not survive in the weightlessness of space but that view has been "modified" with the advent of hard facts.

Airwolf, if you feel that this forum is over reacting to this pilot's negligence and that we have better things to do than to criticize this pilot... then why are you so invested? I think that you are loving every minute of this and enjoying being the bad guy.

You gotta realize something... this is a RC HELICOPTER FORUM. It's not all that important as compared to other forums that we could be involved in. If we really want to be involved with a SERIOUS forum then we should go to (car accidents forum, malpractice forum, iran situation forum, the war in iraq forum, etc.) We come here to relax, get more info on helicopter, watch videos, see pictures, sell stuff, buy stuff, and hang out in one community.

We saw something that was very unsafe and mentioned that the pilot should choose another location to fly the heli. I don't see anything wrong about what we are saying and I don't think we're over reacting. If your daugter, son or grandchild was in that bunch I bet you would feel differently.

Just as you have the right to disagree with us, we also have the right to our opinions.

Are you saying that because it's a "sanctioned" field that it's somehow "safer" ?
Even though all other physical separation factors are the same or less ?
I never find kids running 20' from my heli past the flight line side of the field. If I did I would pack my $hit up and go because that's not a risk I want to take.I'm careful in what I do in my life and bad stuff doesn't happen too often

If what you guys did was "mention" then I hate to see what you mean by "disagree" let alone "strongly object". Personally I think you went off the deep end.

I've said it before and here it is again,

On this list we sometimes view the venting of some vehement and visceral voices with varied views. Some vapid, some vaporous, some vanilla, some valiant and some venerable. All vying to validate vivid values and various venues.

Well I gotta give you credit ... at least when you troll, you do so with some humor and flair.

So please tell us AirwolfRC, what is an appropriate reaction to that VID or what should a fellow RC guy do when they see this type of behavior? Please let me know how you would react.

I am absolutely flabbergasted at Airwolf's blatant disregard for safety.
What do you expect he is a complete troll and ignorant jerk to boot.
He would never be allowed to fly at our field if he feels flying over and around kids like that is fine.

I'm against your excessive reaction and your going over board when you don't see others embracing your position.

Only person I see going overboard and using excessive reactions is you. Oh wait your just showing your normal amount of complete ignorance.

Fboss,
Why are you so obsessed with passing judgement ? ?

I wasn't there, I don't know the equipment, it's maintenance, the pilot or his experience level.

. . . . so I won't be passing judgement.

But you seem to think that your opinion really matters so . . . .
whatever floats your boat . . . . but not in my pond.

Mutt, fabrication by exageration never won any arguments.

All of the above don't matter. A 50 cent part could have failed and put that heli into the spectators. A smart pilot is pessimistic. A stupid pilot says, "It probably won't happen. I've done this before..."

Fboss, you just don't get it.
First, you fail to comprehend my point but pass judgement anyway.
Second, you fail to adknowledge those that seem to disagree with you have just as much right to speak as you do.

I gave you a perfectly civil answer. Why are you having a problem with that ? ?
Could it be that you are trying to show your disaproval of not getting what you want ? If so, I suggest you grow up.

airwolf you need to quit barking crap at people. you are making yourself sound like a cop accusing people of things. for your info ive NEVER even been to a flying field. ive only flown in my yard....PERIOD. next time ask someone before jumping to conclusions. what flying field do you go to? i wanna know so i can stay away. it would be hard to fly with some dude barking orders at you about how youre doing it wrong. just because your life is miserable doesnt mean you gotta be so pesemistic towards others.
