I hope they offer the 700 with the engine and pipe as a pkg soon. Now that WILL put the fun back into flying the 90's again!

You mean it's no fun if they aren't a package? When did flying 90's stop being fun?

I see that you can purchase stuff on aligns website. Where does it ship from if i order it on there site. Price is good but if its international shipping forget it. Would it ship from a local supply house in the states or from over seas.

It appears to be heat sink preference. Dark and flat, or blue and tall. Specs are identical.

I would love to know if that Align pipe outperforms the MP5 90. Most guys using the 50 size Align pipe say its better than the MP5 50. LET US KNOW!!

Have you ever heard the .50 size align pipe, I mean even before the 10th flight or so when baffle eventually breaks. Can you imagine what the .90 version will sound like?

This is INCREDIBLE news!!! I was worried that OS would keep the crown jewels for themselves and leave the OS-SZH to Align for a while. The OS-HZ is a brand new OS Motor and the fact that Align gets to rebrand it right out of the gate is a major coup for Align. This will make these engines cheaper and easier to get too, since they will be sold through the Align sales channels. Just awesome.

Way to go Align! And I will be getting the Align Pipe too. The 50 pipe rocks and they have all but sorted the baffle issues....you can bet the 90 engine/pipe combo will be CHEAP.

JAGNZ,

How do you know that this Align 91HP is the new OS 91HZ and not the old OS 91SZH???

Just look at the pics of the motor and the naming convention. It's pretty obvious.

Actually both the blue and black head engines are described as blue alumite heat sink head. I think they just copied the text into both so we can't trust the specs either.

As soon as it hits a full package I will want an Align 90 so bad I will be able to think about nothing else. Great there goes another few grand my wife will be thrilled. Just like the 600N I wanted one but as soon as it came out all blinged with the NSP I had to have it.

Is anyone one's knees shaking after they've purchased a nice new 90 size engine and heli now that there is a nitro fuel crunch with prices practically doubled? My friend's Aurora gets five flights per gallon. You can't deny the $$$ it is going to cost. Big disappointment... horrible timing for the olympics and the new 90 class helis.

Nope not at all. Gotta pay to play. As long as I can get the stuff, I am not too concerned. If the price of Nitro goes up like 20X what it is now then I would be really worried....

Looks like an SZ-H to me, i was under the impression the OS HZ was going to be regulated and crankcase pressurised??

I very much doubt OS engines are going to let Align use there new flagship engine before they do.....

Quotes may have been changed for my own amusement

On the contrary, this proves that they are. Plus there will likely be 2 versions, pumped and non-pumped, just like the SZH is now...
