| MrMelIm not starting a debate, but I am curious? (Take Vbar out of the picture, no one metioned it) You are correct in that the swach "EXP" should be "ACT"....thats a given for some of us. In fact, interactions that take place during the full travel of the swash, have nothing to do with the position of the swash when it stops at the top or bottom of the full collective travel. The fact is, servos are not exactly alike. Tolerence's just not close enough. (8717's included) Also, how the servos are mounted in the frame has nothing to do with the "quality" of CCPM mix in the radio (futaba or JR). All that said, Im still confused by your comment. It sounds like you are saying that you dont need to set the endpoints of the cyclic servos to get the swash level at the top and bottom of the swash travel? And you base this on ccpm mix?....Explain?
IF this is so, your swash is NOT level!
