| You haven't stated your level of experience. The heli that's recommended largely depends on your prior experience. Since you didn't specify, I'm guessing this will be your first helicopter.
Really it depends on what you want, but personally I think a 450 size would be a great place to start. Yes they're twitchy, but they CAN fly in the wind above 30 - 50 km/h.
Learning to manage the collective and cyclic on a twitchy bird early will make you that much better when you move to a larger heli. And when you do crash, it'll be cheaper to fix, and less intimidating to fly.
