I still have some of the Shop Line clear coat and hardener left over from last summer. It has been stored in the garage. I shook both cans last night and they are both still liquid. How do I know if they are still good?

The clear should be good - the hardener might have issues. It has a limited shelf life. Worst case, you can mix up a small batch and do a test panel to check it out.
