Engines Plugs Mufflers Fuel > TT Redline 53 problem, any others out there?

I took my time breaking it in, I always clamp the fuel line after a day of flying to burn extra fuel out of the engine, I use after run oil when I know the motor will sit for a while. And still, after two gallons of Powermaster 30% my motor began to make the terrible wrapping noise like my OS 50 hypers used to make when the bearings were on their way out. I disassembled my motor last night and spun the crank while exerting outward force on the rear bearing and it seemed smooth, I noticed a little end play in the crank and seems like a little more play on both ends of the connecting rod bushings than I would've expected but other than that everything seems fine. I checked the muffler and airframe and everything is perfect. Any suggestions?

Look for loose clutch or fan components.
