I bought and have built a Hirobo Freya evolution, with an Os 91sz-H with a Hatori 90FS2 for the exhaust. I have run about 6 tanks mostly hovering and some slow translations. However, with the Given OS needle settings, 2 full turns on both needles, I only can fly for 5 to 6 mins and that is with a 600cc tank.
I am using powermaster 20% fuel
Does anyone have any other settings or do I just lean out the motor. ?
Cheers Bev.

There is no such thing as a "one size fits all" needle setting. Those which come from the Mfg. (OS in this case) are very rich for breaking/initial runs, and they expect you to tune the motor from there. To what setting depends on tank placement, lines, the particular carb machining tolerance, muffler/pipe (and how much pressure it provides) etc. etc. etc.

So, bottom line is as you probably already suspect - start leaning it out, and listen! It will tell you when it's right . . .
