Do I use the eyelets with the rubber grommets or without the eyelets?

I use the brass bushings in the rubber grommets; push the brass in so the flange is on the bottom of the mount.

Let me get this straight. The flange touches the plastic of the model and the screw head touches the rubber. Seems like the servo could slide a little but that is how I read it in the radio manual, they were refering to a wooden mount not plastic. Thats where my confusion came in.

Would it be a good idea to put a washer on top???
Seems like it would be more secure.

I wouldn't "over do" the servo instalation the setup is to redice vibration if you put a washer on it you might as well "bolt it down solid".
