Today at the field when i landed the heli we noticed the engine was running lean. So a friend started richning the needle settings. the next thing we know the heli will not stay idoling. but what is really strange i use a 12z and my trim tab for throttle is on the positive side when before we started messing with it the trim was on the negetive side so whats the deal? we put the needles back to factory setting but are still having a problem getting the engine running.

i am running the
ys sr engine
12z

never mind me i have a really bad synergy addiction

When you adjust the idle mix your trim will have to be adjusted to keep the motor rpm at the same speed. Rich idle requires more trim and leaner idle requires less trim so you are saying your 12 is acting backwards from this? It really doesn't matter as long as you get the motor idling well.

What are the needle settings now, for all three?
