I have the 3800kv motor and it is a powerhouse for the king. I was using a 9t for a while and it flew fine. I'd say check your pitch to make sure you can get +10 -10 on the heli and also what TX are you using? If it's a computer radio what is your pitch settings on it?

it flys now, but wen at 50% throt the pitch is +. shouldnt it be able to be 0 with the stock servos because the metal upgrades are about the same size.

you wont have 0 at midstick normal mode youll likely have a couple degrees positive. Depending on your setup youll probably be floating till 75% throttle.

heres a little vid I tried I am by no means a video pro but I tried.

thanks for the vid, i guess my problem is the stock tx not pushing the servo horns far enough. whats the cheapest controler that will fix this problem?

longer servo horns first but stock parts should easily do +/- 9 degrees.

check all the linkages closely you may have one in the wrong place or the loops maybe turned upside down. There is a long and a short side to the hoops.
