It's done, my CP hummer is done! Almost. I still need a micro six channel recv. I'm testing with my PCM 9 channel futaba rx.

I used the piccolo cp kit, my project is approx 80% complete just waiting for some new Li Po ready made packs to get released. Check out all my upgrades/mods they are real sweet, even my brushless motor has a carbon casing. Other parts inclde Titanium shaft one bearing cnc CP pitch slider unit, carbon blades and much more. I am now a poor man, and its been a lot of hard work reworking the motor mount/airframe to accept the motor, and figuring where to put the servo but it should be worth it when its finished.

Intruder, nice one!

Do you a few basic pointers on the conversion? I'm taking delivery of my HB in a couple days time and already I'm planning a CP mod!

Key questions are:
1) what mod rotor head? Walt Ferars? Instructions?
2) what mod on CCPM? Instructions?

Thanks.
