Engines Plugs Mufflers Fuel > needle setting os sz hyper pumped

hi guys
i own a new os 91 sz pumped engine .
i never had a pumped engine before .
i tried to lean it out a bit after running it in and i noticed that the needle was way more closed than on my none pumped engines.
im at the point of that it runs smooth , but still rich , and my mid needle is closed , and my main needle is only 3/4 turn from closed !!!
is this due to that it is pumped , or is this not normal ? i'm a bit afraid to lean it out more . so please post your setting if you have this engine .
regards and thanks in advance , hristo

mine is the same. To get it running well, I had the mid needle closed, and the main needle at about 1/2 turn. I then put a carbsmart unit on it at about 3/4 turn just to be safe, and so far it is working well, although leaking a bit of fuel near the pump.

thanks for shearing ben .
i fine tuned it yesterday and i end up with the same as you .
also , my brand new engine [os 91 sz-h-ps ] is allready sweating arround the pump . what can be done about that ?
i've read people here complaining about it ,can the pump be opened up and sealed correctly somehow ?
regards hristo
