| I'm using the walbro felt clunk in mine. That clunk just fits in the narrow neck of the tank. Replace the stopper with a gasoline stopper, and offset the holes in the stopper with the holes in the cap and back end so the tank seals.
With a felt clunk you don't need fancy loops inside the tank. The clunk line just goes straight back to the rear of the tank, stopping just short of the back edge so the clunk can flop around on that side without getting hung up on the walls.
As far as tank assembly, just like pgkevet says I use the stock nipples and just make sure you space them apart enough to fit the washers on top but not too much so they still fit within the oval opening in the CF plate that the tank sits against. Also make sure the 90 degree bend can clear the tank hump while you spin it around to tighten the fitting. I use the "lost screw finder" tool to hold the nipples and insert them through the opening of the tank to install the vents in the rear. A bent OS monkey wrench serves as a took to hold the clunk line nipple on the inside of the tank while I spin the 90 degree bend around to tighten the fitting.
