| Eflite S75 servos are only slightly better than Esky 8G's. For about the same price, you'd be MUCH better off with Hitec HS55's. But, with HS55's, you'd still have a servo best suited for a heavy micro, like the King or Compy.
The minimum servo you should get for a mini like the TREX is something along the lines of an HS56. Minimum specs that I would ideally trust: 14 oz/in torque, and .12-.14 sec/60º speed. For the tail, you want 15 - 17 oz/in or preferably, more, of torque, and .11 sec/60º or faster speed.
For a gyro, don't go any cheaper than an 11g Telebee, and that would be only if that's all you can afford. A Logictec 2100 would fit the bill nicely, and it's about $105 new.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're NOT out to get you... |
