Just wondering if anyone has any experience with the Telebee Head Lock gyro and how it stands up to the gy401 for sport flying?

thanks!

Having used both, the 401 is a better choice for 450-sized helis. I have used the Telebee units on 300 and 450 sized helis and found them to wander, be sensitive to vibration, and have a lower durability as compared with the Futaba 401. The Futaba 401 is a sturdy, easy to use, and reliable workhorse of a gyro.

The Bee works pretty good on smaller helis like the blade CP Pro.

Mine works well.

The 401 is better suited for larger helis though.

I agree with GM -- the telebee's do have a wandering problem --nothing a few clicks of trim wont cure. If I had a choice and the money I would buy the 401 :0)
