Synergy R/C Synergy N9 > Why is the Synergy N9 heavier than a T-Rex 700

I bought a Synergy with a E conversion in mind from the git go...
Mainly because of the 124T main gear. We toyed with adapting a mount to the stock frames, and while it worked i wasn't happy with the battery placement. So i got some 2mm carbon plate and went to choppin. I thought at the time i was going to cut a lot of weight by using carbon and i did cut some weight off of it, but not much. As far as weight i can tell the difference between 12s 3850 packs and 12s 5000 packs. I also had some issues with Tail gears but i think it was from the added torque i was shoving through the tail transmission, and the way i was spooling the heli up. I also had a tailblade grip depart in flight, that wasn't very pretty.
I'm still happy with the heli, it flies great, far better than my abilities. I'll prob do a E conversion on the 700 probly be a good winter project... I'm waitin on someone around these parts to get one so i can scope it out up close during the build ect...

For an answer just look at this pic:

The 700 looks like a 600 with a longer boom to accomodate the longer blades. It looks small next to the Aurora. I would be curious to see a side by side picture of the 700 and a N9.
