I see that Kong Power has released 3s 2200 30C cells. Does anyone know if Air Thunder is going to sell 30C cells also?

Not sure what Air Thunder is planning to do but I can tell you that if they do sell 30C packs they will not be from the same manufacturer as Kong Power.

Kong Power has moved to a different manufacturer for the new lines of packs.

As the performance of the packs goes up it's tough to be able to claim an "Anti-Puff" pack.

The 30C packs are not for your "average" pilot. They are more for someone looking for the ultimate performance and someone who knows how to properly take care of a lipo.

I guess thats a yes to the puffing. I still use them like TP, FP, etc. I particularly like the non puff quality just for a backup protection.

I bet AT does not change there chemistry. Maybe non puff 30-35C's will come out, just take more time to develop.

LOL, no it doesn't make them any more susceptible to puffing than any other battery.

No battery offers "No Puff" packs, it's simply misleading to say that a pack won't puff if it is beat on and improperly used.

I have been flying Kong Power packs for over 1 year and have had the opportunity to beat the hell out of some of the packs and although they resist puffing for a long period of time and hold up very well under the most extreme conditions and use they can and will puff eventually but you must work at it.

Anyone who says that a pack absolutely won't puff, is doing some puffing of their own. This is why I have always said that Kong Power packs are "Anti-Puff" and not "No Puff".
