Man I was bummed out that I had to use my old Futaba dinky neck strap. Apparently my nice brand new x9303 did not come with a neck strap....what is up with that? I sent an email to horizon hobby asking why JR would miss on such a great chance to do some easy marketing. After all we pilots always walk around the field all day long with that neck strap on even when we are not flying.

yeah you would think for the price we paid for the radio it would atleast come with a neckstrap. oh well Love the TX anyways

no strap... not getting a paper manual I understand since it comes on the CD but no strap. If I recall it does not come with any stickers either.

Come to think of it my 12X did not come with any stickers either: Whats up with that?

The futaba strap is cooler anyway, that is what I did until I got a speckturm one

No printed book either? Man that really ticks me off when I get something expensive and it has a book on CD, or even worse just a help file that you can never print properly.

I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this really does irk me.

Mine came with a manual AND CD... I believe all the newer ones do.. But sadly no neckstrap, good thing I already had one...

Wow, maybe I need to call horizon. I just got mine a few weeks ago(about 1.5-2 I believe) and I was moaning and groaning about the manual on CD. It wasn't the ink for me since I have a CIS system, it was the paper. I had to go to Walmart in the middle of the night to get more paper to print. My thought is, if it's over 400 it should come with a manual..

The neck strap I am not too concerned over(though for what you pay for it, as another person said, how much is it to throw in a cheapo strap?!) it since I use a tray. But like most things, it is the principal of it and I am with you guys on this one!

Man.... I had no idea what an addiction this was going to be.....
