CC have released new firmware for the phoenix series of controllers and WOW my 85HV works so good in gov-mode now, no surging and control over HS is really really good. Set mine up in SETRPM mode and it really holds the required HS.

Good one CC

I sold mine a month a go for a jazz80. The jazz has a super gov but it runs too much hot (with 1910H/1Y motor) so i'm tempted to buy again the CC.

So for the set rpm mode do you have your idle one say for example a value between 50-99 say "65 and it will run your desired HS in that range and then all you have to do for your second higher range is say put a curve of 100% flat for idle 2 and it will control at that value you have entered for that range, is this how it works for set rpm mode???
