Hello!

Just writing to confirm the mini titan head fits the b400 no worries from the swash up, you just have to screw around with the linkages from the servo's to the swash.

Im converting this heli into an AP machine - will update when I have finished building.

Running 325mm plastic flat bottom blades, standard motor and esc (I tried the Mini Titan ACE 40 esc - but it was rubbish) and futaba servos on cyclic with a 401 on the tail.

I am seriously looking at stretching this bird to take 40mm blades and the Outrage 6s 1300mah batt for AP - with suitable powerplant...

Just curious, why use the Titan head?

Due to blade grips large offset from center, increasing the size of the rotor disk.

Also, I had one lying around.

From flying it it is not a bad head, It is very smooth and predictable.

I believe the B400 has some advantages over the mini T or T rex when it comes to AP. Mainly in the weight and simplicity department, but I am sure the success of the idea hinges on the implementation of the camera mount, where it must take advantage of the frames natural strengths.

I have the camera mount almost made up, it just needs to be assembled.

Here are some pics of the mount as is, I have not gotten around to drilling the holes.

The mount is insulated from the frame and will have no hard contact via a clamp on arrangement with rubber dampeners as an insulator between the heli and mount, and mount and camera.
