I have this main shaft and cant remember what heli it was for.I think it was for a schluter Jr 50.It is 151mm long and 10mm dia.It also has a groove the full length with another groove for a snap ring.Can anyone tell me what it is.

Neither the Schluter System 80 or System 88 heads have the snap ring groove... That pretty much rules out any Schluter heli that requires the groove up the side...
Any chance that you purchased this main shaft from something else knowing that the key features were right, and you could just ignore the fact that it had the snap ring groove?

with a 10mm shaft we are looking at a 50 or 60 size machine did the concept 60 ever have the groove?

Not Kyosho. The last version Concept 60 had a short groove for locating the mixing base guide pin but no snap ring. Can't remember any Kalt with a groove for the ring. Have to think about this one for a bit...

I don't know,but maybe that groove isn't for a snap ring,just looks like it to me.
