With the comupter link are you able to do more programming then the standard stick inputs? Does it allow you to program other specifications and gains etc?

Also about warranty, is there a US address for warranty in case we need to send these back, or do they need to be sent back to England?

While we can help rule out installation error issues, all repairs are performed by Spartan so if there were a real problem, your turnaround time would be faster if you sent it in directly.
