Just got my T-Rex 600 flying with VBar installed and it real touchy around center is it alright to put some expo in on the radio or should I do it in the Vbar software.

yes

Your stick input commands rate. Expo will decrease the rate you want around center stick slowing it down a bit. Vbar controls final flip speed. Its nice to set it up so it feels really controlled and slow up to 1/4 stick then at full stick it blurs.
