I found these pics of the new MA 90 machine at XFC

We can see it has really similar frames as the bandit 50 (direct servo push rods?) and a metal tail case, so it has torque tube tail drive I guess.

Any other info?

Looks nice. Appears that MA has been doing some sneaky development/testing and neglected to inform me. Thats ok, I will let it slide...

They had the canopies on during the entire event to prevent snoop pictures of the guts. It was using same 111T main gears on both 50 and 90. The weight felt like around mid 9lb when I lifted one up.

It seems like 2008 90 standard will be 9.0-9.5lb target for all new birds coming out.

I hope they actually do keep that canopy. This machine is definitely going to rock and I can't wait for my turn to get a pull on one. I'll let you guys know how it goes in a few months.

I like the shape of the canopy, I just don't like the way the windshield is painted on. That's an easy thing to solve while painting.

just my luck. MA releases a new bird right after i picked up a BW. oh well, always nice seeing technology advance.

does the motor sit up higher? looking at just the pipe location, it looks like it does.

can't wait to see under the canopy.

I believe it had a conventional engine mount with external metal bracket like many other single stack frames.
