What would be a good choice for servos on the cyclic for this bird?

jr 8717 is a great choice

I have futaba 9255's on mine. It depends on your flying style if you need high performance servos or just good digital servos.

Man, I miss the eighties.

One month into Hitec 5625's on cyclic and collective and there is plenty of zip. I bought 6, 3 for evo 50 and 3 for evo 90. No problems yet.

Hi

At one stage, 9252 were THE servo for the Evo50....Things have moved on.

The servos are fast enough and powerful enough. They are MUCH better than entry level servos, even entry level digitals. Compared to the 9255 or 9451 they loose there centre and travel end points much quicker and you will need to resetup your ccpm after +- 50 flights.

Regards
Paul

Huh, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks I've got 40 flights on my evo now, so far so good.
