I got a used xcell with the bergen fan on it, my questoin is what are the balls for in the fan hub.

Sounds like you've got one of their canfield autobalancers. It's an upgrade, usually used on gassers for vibration.

Yup,Canfield unit. They are nice. Don't know what it will do, if anuthing , on a glow engine. If you don't want it, let me know.

I have the Canfield balancers on both of my Intrepids (glow engines,OS-61, and YS-61), I like them, seem to smooth out the engine.....Coop
