I think your "hands on" approch to helping handle service problems will be a great asset to Century. I think people will see that any problems that may exist are trying to be taken care of. Im sure this will ensure more confindence in Century over all.

I have had several problems with my Heli-world Orders !!!

BUT I have to give CREDIT where credit is due

Dennis Cica has bent over backwards on every occasion to see to it that it was taken care of !!! Even went so far as too replace items that were damaged in shipping before recieving a Credit on the goods from UPS and even better sent the parts NEXT DAY AIR !!!!
He went the extra yard so I could fly by the weekend as planned !!!

I would like to publicly appolgize to Dennis for venting online on this forum !!!

Dennis as long as your with Heli-World I will continue to do business with you !!! Keep up the good work and Lead by Example and maybe if we are all lucky the example you set forth will rub off on your Heli-World associates !!!

I have to chime in and say that Dennis' customer service skills are top notch. I had a small problem with a recent order and called Dennis to discuss the issue. Before I could finish pleading my case he asked for my number and promised to call me back ASAP. To my surprise he returned my call within 20 minutes and took care of the problem right then and there!

I know I am just one guy with one problem but I was very impressed with his eagerness to make the situation right for me. I plan to continue using Century and hope that things do get better for them. Keep up the great job Dennis!

I placed my first order a week ago. I had the pleasure to deal with Dennis and my first impression was he is a nice guy that really want to give the best service he can. He tried to help me personally in a situation I had (Credit Card pictures, remember?). I also met Paul that also was very kind. Paul even took a look at the blades I wanted to order to answer a question I had about them. Besides, the Century web site is very good if not one of the best I have visited. It's very broad in terms of available items.

Hope problems certain customers are having get resolved as soon as possible.

i started this hobby with my little hawk with brian help me....
as soon as brian not longer with century i bought raptor50 V2
so i still hope someone at heliworld can be like brian...then i'll be back with century line........
