| Watch the balls on your cyclic servo horns after a crash. There have been several reports of the threaded portion shearing off during flight. I've not been so unfortunate, but I did have one break while replacing a broken servo horn. Had screwed the ball into the new horn and was just hand-tightening the nut on the back when it split. They're cheap enough that whenever I break a servo arm I replace the ball as well just for peace of mind. |
