Hi Guys,
Just came back from the flying field and there happend something very strange with my transmitter, going to try and explain it:

1. Yesterday evening I switched it on to see battery power and everything working well.
2. This morning I switched it on and there sound a strange tone, looked at my screen and saw and 12tz.exe error but everything in Japanese letters.
3. I pressed Ok and then there came up an airplane menu with a strange frequency, I needed to press YES to continue to the menu to choose Model Select.
4. Here I noticed that a couple of my helis where eliminated and a new one rex500 which i programmed as latest last week was still there.
5. also all the settings where reseted to an old configuration which I had a while a go.
6. And other helis where in the same configuration as it was.

I updated my 14mz to 2,4ghz quite some time ago and didnt had any problems untill now.

Anybody had the same problem or something similiar?

Best regards from a sunny Spain and thanks in advance,

Dave

Thats wierd. Never saw something like this happen. You don't have any exe files or update folder forgotten on your CF card have you? I would remove the CF card and turn the unit on. I would also make sure that some how the update switch didn't get moved (although unlikely) during transport.

Good Luck
Tony

Hi Tony,
Tried it with and without CF card but the problem is that I have my helis on the Transmitter memory and there it has been deleted, the update swith is in correct position.

Thanks,
Regards, Dave
