Well,I commissioned the Princess 60 yesterday.
YS 61
9351's
611
TT 680's
Canomod
Hypereverything including a custom cannibalized Hyperhub
SAB paddles with weights added
Flies really nice, just low on power.Perfect trainer
I'll tell you what,a full tank lasts quite awhile.Just gotta find a Bety Boop sticker for it
How could I improve the gearing?I think that's the only missing link.(so to speak)

Interesting considering the recent price increase in the cost of fuel. What are the flight times with the 60 in the N9?

Todd use a YS 61 for his training heli for the 3D school. You can fly for 10 min. or more.

With the YS91SR I didn't see much difference in flight time when I switched to the 16T pinion. I did bump the HS up a bit so that is probably the reason why. However, I reduced my pitch from +-14 to something closer to +-12 and I gained 1 minute of flight time, 9 minutes at 1950.

I thought the YS61 ate some fuel until I switched to the 90 size. I remember getting 12 to 14 minute flights with the 60 size motors but we also ran lower HS that what people run today.

This one,I'm running the head speed around 1800 in idle up 2.
It starts to bog when doing full climbouts.
Pitch is +- 9 , 7 on the cyclic.
Not sure on the exact flight time, there was alot of confusion going on.She was standing behind me telling me:auto,no,don't.....tic toc,no don't you get the idea
Anyways,I switched my TX off without checking the timer.
Hopefully we'll get the buddybox issues ironed out this weekend, and get some decent time in on it.From what I can tell,it's a nice quiet relaxed flyer.Heck,I might even fly it more and practice piro circuits

Bart, you may want to get rid of those paddles and weights, the N( is a very stable heli with its 5mm flybar and Sab paddles.
