| Check for a pin or something similar on the main gear to the main shaft that it is present and not sheared. I have not seen this particular model, but if it has a a one way bearing between the main gear and main shaft (or main gear and tail rotor drive gear for driven tails) check that it is engaging one way, but not the other. You may have to remove the main shaft and main gear and re-install it so the teeth on the one-way bearing (if installed) are oriented correctly. I've seen the teeth in some one-ways overtravel and not engage in either direction.
