| You seem to be on the right track.
Mix aileron->throttle and set a percentage to +30 for example. Then you have to make sure that the mix is active, it can be set to always be on or to be controlled by a switch. Select a mode and if using a switch make sure its enabled.
Then if you have a servo monitoring feature on your radio you should be able to see the throttle channel move as you move aileron. Ohterwise check the servo on your helicopter.
The mixes can be set in different directions for the slave channel (throttle in this case), I suggested +30 for example but it might be that you need -30 on your setup to get increase of throttle because of servo reversing. The actual number is something you have to try out for your self as it differs. Start out with 15-30 and remember to set for both directions of the stick.
Always check that configured mixes for your cyclic stick result in increase of throttle before first fligt after configuring!!!
