| Yah I think you are close, it affects the middle third of the range so 34% to 66 % of the throttle range is affected by the mid range needle. But how much do you fly at mid stick, are you loosing power at mid stick. I f in Normal range you hover and engine runs properly don't touch needle but if engine bogs with that throttle curve change the curve at mid stick to say 75%..
