I just received my T/R upgrade kit in the mail. I'm not sure about what order the bearings go on and where to put that shim that it comes with. Do I need a washer under those new flanged bolts?

I'm using the stock blade grips.

Please help me out.

Leave the bearings as they are ion the stock grip. Then add the shim and the outer radial bearing. They assemble just like the SE grips. THere is a PDF file on the Synergy website that shows orrientation of the bearings.

No washer between bolt and outer radial.
