This may be a long shot but here goes. I have a Super Helibaby that has never been flown and need the build plan/instructions to get this old timer going for IRCHA.

Thanks

The Super Heli Baby basically has the System 80 head that ended up on the Heli Boy. You can download the System 80 instructions from My Gallery (under Heli Boy), or I think HHC or jczankl also have it in their galleries...

Hi tutelar-rc,

I agree, the basic head is the same and would operate very similiar to a Heliboy and I have several sets of original build plans and instructions for the Heliboy and Miniboy. However, the collective pitch system is totally different though and uses a sliding block and scissor links on the main shaft that run up and attach to the flybar with pitch rods that also attach to the pitch levers on the blades. It is a very interesting system to say the least. The basic setup isn't too complicated but I was very interested in finding some pitch values as a starting point to save some time. The build plans that I have for my fixed pitch Helibaby don't show any of the collective pitch components at all. I've always wanted one of these oddities and pretty curious to see how it flies. If it's anything like the fixed pitch version it should be a blast. The photo posted is the rod setup in its current state.

Small annotation: The blocks on the flybar must be in the lowest vertical position when the swashplate is neutral and not as shown horizontal, otherwise you will get a pulsation on collective pitch while doing cyclic deflections.
