If your Gyro Sensitivy is set to high it might be causing it. I have mine set at 70% and it works good. If your using a FM RX and your antenna is any were close to a digital servo you could be getting interference.

Also anything transmitting frame vibration to the gyro sensor will cause it such as:
Inadaquate tape
Tension on the wires pulling on the gyro
Zip ties or anything from the frame to hold the gyro on (other than a loose loop of velcro strap), or tightening down anything like this to the point it compresses the mounting tape.
Poor location of the sensor.
