Hello all, here is a blast from the past. A Schluter DS 22. This oldie is from the early 70's. I have installed an OS .61 F SR H for power, 4 9202 servos and a GY401 gyro. I think I will be 3 D'ing this soon. Non-collective flapping head with flybar gives almost enough authority for a good hover if there is absolutely no wind. Check it out.

Kirk Way to go ... beautifull bird ...The yellow whale helicopter as we called it back then ,,as the first ones were painted all yellow .
I never owned one ,,but did set one up for a guy and hovered it a little for him ... and you are right ...just enough control to hover if there is no wind !!!!
