Are you talking about the stiffness of the head?? the spindle moves up and down a little?? if so,, I think there is a stiffer oring upgrade, not for sure,, I think you could use another shim, but that might wear out the oring quicker,, I'm not that great at (what to do) with the Vario's yet,, I have had them a couple of years now, but not much flying on it,, jjones, is a Vario guru, There are allot of other on here too, You might pm him, He is a great guy, and will help you out,, all he can,, XGM/VGM
