Hey I have mine mounted on top with the antennae coming down an foward at a angle away from each other. The coax part is fine but the 1 inch antennae is touching the inside of my fiberglass canopy. Is this ok to fly with? If not how do you secure the antennae from rubbing against the Fiberglass canopy.

I could tape them down to the plastic radio tray but the manual states to keep them straight as possible and a 90 degree space between the 2.

Thanks

You could try installing some fuel tubing over the antenna if you are worried about chafing
