ok, well i just got a night kit used and there is two ways to plug the blades into the charger,.
one is where the red charging light is on, and the led lights are off.
if you flip it, the night blade lights turn on and the red charge light is on also.
wich way is right lol

depends on which brand of blades/charger.

What have you got? If the lights on the BLADE are ON, you have the charger plugged in wrong on every brand I've seen.
