Here is my fpv video taken today:

I am using R700 rx and having glitch problems when the heli is close to the ground or too far from tx. I think Berg7 would fix this. I am also having oscillations when CC35 is in governor mode. In normal flight it was very small however in FPV you really see a deviation. I disabled the governor mode and returned to the old usual throttle curve method.. :P

Do a range check with your TX. If it fails you may need to 180 your reciver crystal or check you RX antenna it may have a break close to the computer board.

Take offs are Optional, Landings are Mandatory

Thank you airborne.

In the first trials my receiver antenna was shorter. Searching internet and found that the longer the better. I lengthened the antenna. Now the anttenna is 52cm -meaning -7dBi of reduction- and the range is a lot better, such as 300m (~300 yards) with no problems, after that if the heli's antenna and the transmitters antenna are perpendicular to each other there is glitch. I am thinking of lengthening to antenna to 1m -not kidding - when I got the tubing..

How much range shall I expect from 1 mile (around 1.6 km) claimed radio when the receiver and transmitters antennas are crossed?
